Yes. Registering and using the site is ​free. You can even apply for jobs free of charge. The only time you will be asked to pay a small, one-off fee, is if the client choses to add you to their preferred shortlist of candidates.

How do freelancers find work?
Freelancers can browse posted projects, and apply directly to listings by completing a short form and providing their proposal for the client to consider. The client is then passed the proposal and has the option to add the freelancer to their preferred shortlist. If they do, the freelancer is informed and mutual contact details are shared between the parties.

How do businesses post a job or project?
Businesses can post a project by filling in a form on the website, providing details such as required skills, budget, and timelines etc.

How does payment work?
Payments for projects are typically exchanged directly between clients and freelancers. Payment of 'shortlist fees' by freelancers are paid through the issuing of an invoice once they have been added to the clients shortlist of candidates and is due for payment within 24 hours of receipt.
