How It Works
The Freelance Connection is an all new way to match with your perfect freelancer. We follow a simple 3-stage process:
1. List Your Job Requirements
Clearly outline the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for the project. This helps attract the right freelancers who can meet your needs.
2. Receive Details of Interested Freelancers
Freelancers respond. Our team will check them and personally send them to you for review. Simply gather their profiles, including their work samples and relevant experience, to evaluate their suitability for your project.
3. Shortlist your top 3 Freelancers
From the pool of applicants, select up to three freelancers for further discussion/interview. Reply directly to our Customer Care team to let us know if you would like to add them to your preferred shortlist. Collect their contact details to facilitate communication and arrange interviews or meetings. Once you have selected your top 3 applicants, we will stop sending any further freelancer details.

1. Client Lists Their Job
UK Freelancers will receive alerts via email when a job becomes available that suits their skills and experience
2. Freelancers Apply For The Jobs That Interest Them
If the project suits your skillset then simply hit the 'apply now' button and provide a few further details
3. Receive Notification If The Client Adds You To Their Shortlist
If you are added to a preferred shortlist by the client then you will be informed and your contact details will be shared.
4. Pay The Advertised Fee
When viewing a job on our site, you will be informed of the 'shortlist fee' that would apply if you are added to the clients preferred list. Once you have been shortlisted, you simply pay the one-off fee and deal directly with the client.
